Through jazz, popular, soul, and film music, he contributes to the preservation and development of this type of music scene, primarily in Novi Sad, then in Serbia and abroad. He is actively involved in popularizing and integrating jazz music into formal education by organizing workshops, masterclasses, summer jazz camps, and festivals. The goal of these activities is to encourage younger colleagues to work on original projects and to spark interest in jazz, fusion, and world music among young musicians. All workshops and seminars are based on interaction between listeners and lecturers, providing an opportunity for everyone to participate in the performance of jazz standards alongside renowned names from the global jazz scene, as well as to experience the joy of collective music-making with them.

Igor Molnar, bass guitarist, double bassist, composer, and professor. Born in 1965 in Novi Sad. After completing the Isidor Bajić High School of Music, he studied composition at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad under Professors Rudolf Brucci and Miroslav Štatkić. In 1991, he enrolled in jazz studies at the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest. After completing his studies in 1995, he returned to Novi Sad and began working as the editor of the Jazz Impulse TV show on NS+ Television while also serving as the conductor of the Vojvodina Youth Big Band. From 1997 to 1999, he worked as the music program editor at the Cultural Center of Novi Sad, founded the JazzTime Fest jazz festival, and established the first jazz school under the sponsorship of the Open Society Fund. During this period, he also led his fusion band, Havana Jamm, featuring Madagascan singer and percussionist Djenot Randimbiarison.
Since 2002, he has been a lecturer in Jazz and Film Music at the Isidor Bajić High School of Music. He collaborates and performs with numerous local and international jazz musicians. He is a permanent member of the Zvonimir Tot Trio from Chicago and works with YALE SMN as a lecturer at seminars. Additionally, he has participated in student and faculty exchange programs, giving lectures at seminars in Dortmund and Prague, organized by the Glenn Buschmann Academy in Dortmund. He is also a certified instructor for the British A.B.R.S.M. in Southeast Europe. With his own ensembles and as a guest performer in others, he has performed in both his home country and abroad with projects such as "City Raiwalker", "East-West Big Band Convention", and various smaller musical ensembles.
